Returns

We accept returns on all items within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.

To initiate a return, please send an email to info@kelevraapparel.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the current condition of the garment. Returns will not be processed through any other channel.

Once we receive your email, we will respond within 3 to 5 business days with shipping instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

The refund will be processed once the garment is received at our facilities and its condition has been verified. The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days from receipt, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Garments must be returned unwashed, unworn, and with all original tags attached. Returns of items showing signs of wear will not be accepted.
